How referral works
1. You refer: complete the form below, and email radiographs, any CBCT (3D scan) report and photos to hello@drstephenanderson.co.uk.
2. We contact your patient: Charlotte Heritage RDN, Treatment Coordinator at Evesham Place Dental, calls them to arrange a consultation.
3. Consultation and plan: I assess the patient, with a CT scan where needed, and write a treatment plan. You get a copy before any treatment begins.
4. Treatment: carried out only with the patient's informed consent. I keep you updated at the key stages.
5. Back to you: once treatment is complete, the patient returns to your care with a discharge letter covering the treatment carried out and the maintenance advice.
Working with the restoring dentist
For single teeth and small gaps, I'm happy to place the implant and have you restore it, where that suits you and the patient. We agree who does what at the planning stage, so the patient hears one consistent plan. If you'd like support with restoring implants, I can also offer training (see Implant mentoring).
What your patient can expect
A calm, unhurried consultation, a clear written plan with costs, and time to decide. Guide fees are on the Implant fees page, and finance is available.
